Q: What sort of volume discount do you provide for buying multiple items?

We offer 20% off of orders > $200US, 40% off of orders > $350US, and 50% off of orders > $600US. This applies only to individual item sums, and not collections, which are already priced at a steep per item discount.

Q: What is your return policy?

If you mistakenly buy the wrong item, or the item does not perform as advertised, we will refund 100% of your purchase price within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Q: I see you have prices listed in other currencies such as the Euro. How accurate is that price?

Conversion rates are updated almost daily; So it should be accurate unless there has been a very recent, large change; It is not guaranteed to be accurate to the penny. In the end all transactions are calculated in US Dollars.

Q: I've purchased a model previously that is in a collection. Can I get a discount on the collection?

Contact us for a discount. Typically we will reduce the collection price by the amount of the model's cost in the collection; For example, if there are four models in a collection and you purchased one of the items already, we will reduce the price by 25% in that case.

Q: Your site doesn't have a model that I have. Can you provide it?

Yes; Please contact us; We may already have an item in our queue for production, or we can always custom model what you may need. See our design site for more details.

Q: I have a project that requires one of your models, but requires additional detail or modifications. Can you do it?
